They did a great job for me and my mom who is convalescing from a hip replacement. She was so thrilled that she said she felt like dancing but I had mentioned to her that may not be a great idea, at least not for a few weeks. Anyway, thank you for making me feel so much better being all the way in San Francisco to be able to show my wonderful mom some love and support, Your the best, my sister sent me a pic and all I can say it a heartfelt Thank You !!!

From the second Bill answered his phone, I knew he would handle my delicate situation like a true professional. I had ordered flowers for my wife from another Local Company and they forgot to make her flowers. After trying to figure out what happened I decided to go online and found this wonderful company who pulled me out of this jam and delivered the flowers to my wife at the time needed. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate this request and made a beautiful bouquet of roses. I will definitely keep this phone number handy at all. From start to finish they really did a great job! I needed dozen roses sent on a Sunday. Bill, owner of Secret Flowers & Gifts, accommodated by lining up special delivery for me. While on phone, Bill described his "large" roses in full bloom - w/o exaggeration. My girlfriend was thrilled to be surprised with bouquet & marveled re: the large roses & their strong fragrance. The arrangement included a visually pleasing balance of baby's breath & I'll never forget how excitedly she thanked me all day. I truly appreciate that it was Bill who answered phone as I was placing delivery order on Friday evening instead of another business. I feel lucky that it all worked out!
