To start off, I should have read the reviews before I went, I chose this place because of the proximity it is to my house. I was hoping that it would be a convenient place for me to go. When I arrived the owner or what I assume was the owner was very thankful I was there. It kind of read, as if they don’t get a lot of business, nevertheless, I just thought she was being really nice. I got the little old lady when I sat down, the reviews are not wrong she lacks technique and precision. My issue was not how I was treated their customer service, it was the end result of my nails. The Shape of my Nails were sloppy, she didn’t Dremel around my cuticles I had to file them myself, the paint has obvious bubbles, and she haphazardly applied the topcoat. I understand why they don’t get a lot of business, as there was no one there when I went in and no one came in while I was there.

I went around May 2023. Great atmosphere, cool staff and the owner introduced herself. However it took 3 hours to complete my nails and toes. I got a regular mani/pedi. The polish lasted 2 days. Whenever I get my mani/pedi done at other shops it last weeks.

this was my 2nd time coming here!.... i went back just to get a polish change on my hands and feet... so i go simply for that for a service that should've only taken 45 mins... i ended up being there for 2 damn hours instead of changing the color the manager(tall thin woman) she ended up taking off my overlay!... and then lied on me and said i told her to take it off... like wtf... and then once she put my overlay back on she insisted i pay her for it... hell no I'm not you took it off. the worst experience ever, and on top of that they advertise all sorts of polish and stuff and don't have majority of them! this place should be closed DOWN!

No stars this places charged me two times plus took the cash and still hasn't paid me back so now I have to go through my bank. I will not give them a damn half of star. Customer service is terrible. I have to go back two or three times the only reason I go to them close to my house, but I'm done with them after you steal for me I'm done. It's terrible that they force you to give them a star.

Lots of different pedicure options, very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed my pedicure and will be back again

I got my eyebrows done 3yrs ago micro bladed, and they still look amazing color and all.I also get my lashes done. Natural and beautiful Lily is the best!!!! Friendly nice environment. I drive all the way from west to let Lily get me together. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Went in at 7pm and turns out they closed at that time ?? I felt so bad because online it said 8pm so I was rushing from work to get there. Owner Jessica helped me out and was so nice, highly recommended! And will definitely come back!
