If you want to be scammed and treated like garbage, come to Patriot Transport, they don't pay their drivers, office staff or mechanics on time, they only know how to tell lies and make you work without getting paid. Don't come here, I recommended it before but now it's a scam to work for them.

They require a sleeping team driver to wake up and come inside; to wait for hours in front of the window, that no one will acknowledge you. Just so they can take a picture of your license. Which; if you log legally, messes up your 10-hour break. When I told them this, the boss said, "If you don't like it, you can leave without your load."

ON 1/11 CARRIER ATTEMPTED TO DELV A REFRIGERATED FOOD GRADE LOAD TO A CONS WITH A BROKEN SEAL, PIECED TOGETHER BY PAPERCLIPS, LOAD WAS REJECTED FOR FOOD SAFETY REASONS. CARRIER EMAILED OUR CUSTOMER TO TO COERCE THEM INTO UNLOADING THE PRODUCT WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. CARRIER THEN THREATENED TO "DUMP THE PRODUCT AT A RANDOM WAREHOUSE". CARRIER REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND HAS ATTEMPTED TO FILE ON OUR BOND, EVEN THOUGH IT COST US SIGNIFICANTLY TO RE-CERTIFY AND RE-DELIVER THE FREIGHT.

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road not once but three times. And by looking at the other reviews it would appear they clearly don’t screen employees before hiring or care how they act on the road.

Salary is not paid. Employees at the shop are owed two to three months of salary. The drivers owe eight checks each. Facility closes remains only in Chicago and NC trailers are sold, many drivers are very much gone. Some promises we will pay tomorrow, we will pay tomorrow, we will pay tomorrow... And so it is Patriot Transport inc on Carol Stream

They don't wont to pay us for a load we did for them 2 months ago.Accounting is hiding and don't answer the phone, after I spoke with them once only to ask why they did not pay me yet.. I have been trying to reach them for 20 days already and nothing. Something is not right with this company!

Terrible service for pick up and delivery !Blind shipment load , totally messWhat I can see delivering going faster because they need to load to fill up other truck.guys for pick up waiting like 5-6h .Half guys inside don’t understand very good English.
