Even with a bunch of us waiting out in front of the location before 10 am he was so laid back & welcoming & didn't make us feel rushed!! Had a 11-year-old Galaxy S7 phone that was not compatible with their network so i ended up purchasing an S24 that same day. Jaime walked me through everything, gave me plenty of time to make an educated decision and was super chill and had a great attitude throughout everything.
