“I've had State Farm insurance for over 15 years. In that time I've communicated in person, over the phone, and via email. I received excellent prompt service each time. Ben has talked me and my son through many policies, a couple of claims and adding new cars. He has saved me money and made sure there were no holes in coverage between my and the HOA insurance policies.
With my last two cars I was had the pleasure of working with Vikky Estrada. She also was thorough in making sure I had the best coverage while saving me money. She caught an error on my most recent car's policy that when fixed, it lowered the cost even further.
I've strayed away under the lure of lower car insurance rates, but always come back when the customer service is poor or I realize the coverage is not actually apples to apples with what I had with State Farm. I have recommended State Farm to friends and family for their rates and friendly agents.”
