This kid at the front desk didn’t know what he was doing!!! The sauna was off this morning, I asked him if there’s anything at all he can do to turn it on, but then he kept claiming he’s just helping out and DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CONTACT THE OTHER LOCATION FOR ASSISTANCE. For Christ's sake, he was even reading a book at the same time. His attitude was rude also, and clearly he was not doing his job at the desk.

I had signed up for a free trial for me and my grandma to try out LA fitness and we had a blast! We were greeted right away by Fallon. She is the sweetest person and extremely helpful & has great customer service. She made our workout great!

I've been to a handful of LA Fitness locations in and around Chicago and this one is BY FAR the best. Everything is clean, staff and patrons are friendly, it's almost never crowded, and people are GREAT about re-racking weights! I would work out here every day if it was closer.

Classic bait and switch. Chris calls me to come in for a 3-day pass and I mention then that I was a member previously.
When I arrive Carlos tells me I can’t use the 3-day pass since I was previously a member- charges me $20.

Hey, so you really need to tell your personal trainers to stay off their cell phone when training people. Some people are paying so much money for training and then here you see a trainer scrolling on their phone the ENTIRE TIME and not paying attention to the client. There needs to be a no phone rule for trainers during a session.

LA fitness bought our other gym, and we would have to pay a new enrollment fee, so we asked to cancel, but cannot unless we upgrade to theirs first to "adhere to security policies ", but we could create a new account online. Will have to cancel the charges with my credit card.

I went there to use their pool and shower area for the first time. The water in the pool seemed clear and so did the water inside the Jacuzzi. However, the lockers were dirty. There was dirt on the floors and there was hair and empty packages in the showers. I went again the next morning and the same hair and empty shampoo bottles were in the same showers. It’s gross. They need to update their cleanliness and this is why people don’t want to go to LA Fitness. The Glendale Heights location is even worse. Get it together. Use better cleaning services.

It's been 1 full year working out at this LA fitness and I must say the place is always clean. And the customer service the staff is great. When I 1st joined I had bad experience with a "mgr" by the name of Nico (scum of the earth) but Gianna was absolutely amazing to work with and resolve the issues that were going on at the time. Her professionalism and kindness and understanding are top tier and honesty others should take note. Honestly if it wasn't for Gianna's stellar customer service and making things right with the power she had. Who knows what could have happened with the future of LA Fitness. If you get a chance to interact with her at all you will understand what real professional customer service is like.
