  I had signed up for a free trial for me and my grandma to try out LA fitness and we had a blast! We were greeted right away by Fallon. She is the sweetest person and extremely helpful & has great customer service. She made our workout great!

  It's all good, but the sauna doesn't work. I want to bask in the sauna after training, and it doesn't work!
