Run away from this place. They do not offer any customer support and exist on computer generated emails only. They do not return calls or answer emails when you have a concern. Drew will try to weasel out of giving you a definitive answer to your concern. Horrible place!

Steer clear of this agency. Horrible customer service, and business practice. I was a customer for over twenty years never once filed a claim mind you. cancelled because of Allstate's soaring rates. Always paid electronically, 2 months after I cancelled get a notice from a collection agency saying I owe money. This Allstate office never reached out to me about this just sent it to collections. Deceptive business practices. Like I say..STEER CLEAR.

Have had nothing but great experiences with Eddie and everyone at John’s Allstate Agency. They helped me out and as a result, we cancelled all of our policies thru the AARP Hartford Program. I spent 44 years in the insurance brokerage business and these people are highly recommended. Bob

If your thinking about using this place for insurance make sure they go over your policy with you before it’s processed.In June and Agent called me to offer Motor vehicle and renters insurance. The agent gave me a rate of 160$ a month for auto insurance and 11$ for renters. I agreed to become a customer and cancel my other insurance ( that i now owe) so after 2 month goes by i started seeing my auto insurance went up to 206$ so i called to inquire. The agent told me when he initially did my coverage he put Auto insurance, renters insurance and home insurance and that’s why my coverage was Increase. I didn’t provide documents that i have a home and that’s what gave me the discount. I told him “This was not my fault he did this, he should have checked over his worked and even questioning why i needed renters and home insurance for the same location. I should have to pay for his mistake. The word sorry will not compensate for the hundreds i will pay.I feel he was just trying to sell coverage by any means. So i called to speak to the owner they said he was out of the office for the holiday. They would have him to contact me when he returns we’ll how many months later he must still be out of the office Because he never return my call but had to audacity to send this survey.. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR BUYING BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH PAYING AND ALLSTATE CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT HELP... Dec i will end my coverage with them because of their dishonesty and unprofessional

Allstate charge you before your insurance end with them ..that way Allstate make sure don't loose customers I guess.....
