Sharon has made this process quick and easy. She is upfront and cuts to the chase. She had facts on her side that she is always willing to show. She made this car buying process very easy and helped us through every step of the way. I will keep going to her every time we are in the market and will recommend her for your car buying needs. I'm very thankful for her help and her thoroughness. Zach the service manager was pretty cool too. He was beyond helpful as well. His service was greatly appreciated.

A BIG THANK YOU TO RICH!!!!He was friendly and very helpful through the whole process of purchasing a car, my mom did not feel pressure nor rushed with the process. She was able to test drive the and come back a few days later to complete the purchase. Rich helped her find the perfect car that matched her needs. Sharon has been beyond helpful and so personable. Upon going through the process for a new car, she kept us laughing and kept the process quick. Having to say good bye to my car she was understanding the hardship of losing it and looking for something new. I'm beyond happy with her help and she has truly brightened my day. Please go see Sharon! She was so patient with me and listened to my concerns when my parents went in and purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport. I just wanted to make sure it was especially safe because my parents are respectfully older now. I also had been in a car accident 2 months prior where the car failed. She addressed everything I was worried about and made me feel confident about the purchase. She made sure my mother especially knew that there was a seat warmer and even a steering wheel warmer option as well! The seat is always a must for my mother, but the steering wheel made it even more special. My father was in love with the chili red color available since he is colorblind and it was a vibrant color that he could see. The automatic start was great to know ao that I could help them with that as well with the app!I just want my parents to be safe and happy, and they were! I was very satisfied as well. Sharon made sure of it. I'm so glad that she was there to receive them.Thank you so kindly?

I have purchased many vehicles, with many different sales associates at various locations, and let me just say that Rich Bergmann, has been by far the best experience I have encountered! He was absolutely phenomenal with my mother, the entire process. He answered all of her questions, and was easy to communicate with. He was not pushy salesman, whatsoever, which is what made us come back and make a purchase with Hawk Ford. He definitely has a one-of-a-kind sense of humor, which made our purchase 10 times better. Rich is definitely the guy you want helping you out at Hawk Ford!

I went with an open mind and my ducks in a row ………Folks, This is the way car buying should be …….. They had what I was looking for. An Energetic Cosme was respectful kind and knowledgable. Cosme worked with the finance team and I to make sure I not only got the car I wanted but that was also happy with terms of the deal …..I took some extra time but still I was only there about 3 hrs. It wasn’t an all day process. Chris and Cosme made that part very simple.The car buying process has and is changing rapidly. Truth be told, I would definitely go back and see Cosme. Overall terrific experience.

I was looking for my first car with my dad and had Cosme assist us on finding the perfect car. We had a certain price range in mind and Cosme was very helpful and informative on which cars would be a good match. He treated us very nicely and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish, not to mention we got a pretty good deal. Really great customer service and thank you again Cosme for all your help.

We had a great, personal and wonderful experience purchasing our Ford Flex. We pulled in a minute before closing not aware they closed at 8:00. Sharon greeted us enthusiastically and helped us look at the Flex we were interested in seeing. They stayed late to allow us a test drive and we returned the next day to make the purchase. Sharon was so hospitable and the purchase was a smooth process. The staff was professional, personal and attentive. Thank you Hawk Ford Staff.

Specifically for the service center. Never had any issues when the business was Joe Cotton Ford, but now as Hawk Ford, I'd steer well away from these guys. I might caution someone from purchasing a new car at this facility if the expectation is to have that vehicle serviced at the same location. Be warned.My specific issue is related to a recall that wasn't performed correctly. Had to bring my vehicle back twice after the service; once the next day (which, the service tech admitted that there was an issue with how the service was performed... and they handled for free) and again a couple weeks later with the exact same issue. It was more than obvious that the issue was with the service performed (or there was an enormously unlikely coincidence), but the service center admin folks wanted to charge me close to $1,000 for a $75 part to be swapped (literally just unplug 2 wire harnesses and plug the new part in). It wasn't even considered that the issue was extremely likely the result of the original recall service. On top of this, the service manager (Rich) who "helped" was extremely smug with a terrible attitude without any provocation. I gladly paid the surprise $200 diagnostic fee without complaint to never deal with these guys again.Again, a caution against purchasing a vehicle at Hawk Ford unless it is convenient to have any and all service done elsewhere.

Thank you Sharon and team!Sharon was very personable and helped me to get a great deal on a pretty decent car. The gentlemen all treated me respect. They are helping me entirely with an issue that came up in the last week since I bought it which I really appreciate. Overall great experience but I will say they told me they were detailing it before I got the keys but there was an abundance of dog hair in the carpet throughout the whole car… I don’t have a dog

My wife and I recently purchased our third car from this dealership, and it was yet again an exceptional buying experience. We had initially walked in with the intention of gathering information about our lease-end options, but thanks to the help of Sharon Delong, we walked out with a new Bronco Sport! Sharon was an outstanding salesperson who made us feel right at home with her cordial and humorous demeanor. She first provided us with all the relevant information we needed and then took the time to listen to our desires of owning a Ford Bronco. Based on our current lease, she explained that we could make this a reality that day. We had our hearts set on the red Bronco that was sitting out front of the dealership for the last several days, and Sharon made relevant recommendations, presented us with a realistic game plan, and gave us ample time to discuss and review our choices. We walked into the dealership with only the intent of exploring our options but left that evening with our new Bronco. A sincere thank you to Sharon and the rest of the Hawk Team. We will definitely come back to them for our fourth car in the future.
