This was my first experience with Hawk Ford and I’m really happy - they fixed an issue with our SYNC software and were able to do it at our house! AJ and Ben were super nice and helpful. Definitely will be using these guys again in the future.

Husband and I went browsing for another car for me and like everyone else, car dealers right. Well, our experience was painless and our sales guy Cosme @ Hawk Auto in Carol Stream and everyone that worked with us till the end of our purchase was great. My husband had a bad experience at another dealer and he is a car guy and they had all these hidden fees and want not. But our experience at Hawk Auto- great. I am very pleased and love my Ford Explorer!! I finally have a vehicle with working AC!! ??. We would definitely be back if we need another vehicle… Cosme be ready!! ??
