Do not use these guys, they will tell you there is a credit card deposit which will go toward the charges for any services performed but they will tell you the diagnostic work was 100% of the deposit. They charge 2 hours each way to go from carol stream to downtown which is insane. If I knew it would be $1000 to spend 1-2 hours to diagnose my generator I would have gone elsewhere. Do not use these guys unless you want to get ripped off. Absolute bait and switch. Again, they will tell you you're paying a deposit toward any costs and once they have your deposit they'll make up charges that equal the 1000 dollar deposit. STAY AWAY.

Stay away from that place. There is no warranty at place at place. Had issues 2 times with oil pan leaks, one time found cracked pan, was charged for new one and labor.second time did not found leaks after washed oil pan, was told no excessive oil leak after half an our run. Charged for couple ours of wash. Oil pan still leaking.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Bill charged me to fix my semi truck and did not complete the job. In fact, he installed something wrong and would not admit to it. I had to pay for his services and then I had to pay another person to fix the mistakes he made. Horrible service and they cheated me out of money. Do not trust this place.
