“I landed 5 hours early. I called the hotel, and they were happy to move my room to accommodate an early check-in. They have signs on the desk that guarantee 100% guest satisfaction, and I think they mean it. Its the most reasonably priced hotel in hoffman Estates, trust me, I shopped. Free hot breakfast every morning is an awesome perk. Waffles, sausage, bacon, all sorts of eggs, cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, apple juice, oj, milk and coffee. Clean rooms, good housekeeping. Will return!”
