Zero star ...All I can say is they don't know how to do their job. But they know how to lie.Was home waiting for a package, they said they attempted to deliver and no body was home.

Packages are constantly left at wrong address. Drivers need to ensure they are leaving packages at the correct location. FedEx is the only delivery service that does not deliver our packages to the correct address. Have submitted several complaints but nothing is ever done to correct the issue.

They kept saying it was going to be delivered for almost two weeks. And when it finally was delivered the driver didn’t know much English and was very confused and didn’t want let my friend sign for it, he had to call and put a supervisor on the phone just to figure out what was happening.

Would leave “0” stars but there isn’t an option. Package status was marked delayed at the Carol Stream facility where it’s been sitting for a week. Spoke with customer service several times and they can’t seem to get a delivery date for the package. Supposedly sent to claims which did nothing making you feel like the are trying. I even tried to pick the package up in person at the Carol Stream location, was told by an unprofessional worker to go home, they would call when they got around to pulling the package. Big surprise no call. Called customer service again two days later shocker they were no help getting anything solved in getting the package delivered again that day after being lied to saying it was out for delivery.I will never use fedex again to ship anything due to this experience. Their customer service department performs zero form of service or follow up. I would be ashamed to work for the Carol Stream location after the poor work ethic and laziness that was shown here.Thanks for being unreliable when it counts FedEx!

Promises one after another but they never keep them. The only thing they do is deliver and they can't do that right. There's always a problem with this location.

Thieves operate out of his location. They will steal your packages and put a false update in tracking. I have been calling customer service and every time there is a new story. They said Driver tried to deliver but left no door tag. My business has cameras, no fedex guy even came close to my business to deliver the package. If this location has your package, I wish you best of luck.

When you pick up a package being put on hold, address given by Fedex is 175 Della Court. Which takes you to the other side of where you are supposed to be. Look for the stop sign before.

Worst delivery company experiences, long-term ongoing issues with no attempt to correct. Carol Stream customer service was the worst too. She talked over me the entire time. In frustration, I raised my voice and asked her to be quiet and listen. She said if I'm going to swear at her she will hang up. I did not swear. Multiple deliveries not delivered, we've called multiple times and given precise directions to our easy to find house. The address does not show up on GPS and therefore seems to be invisible to FedEx. They do not even try, instead they mark it as having an incorrect address. We even flagged a driver down in front of our house one time and asked him to enter this location into their system. Ok, got it, it's in there now. Next delivery marked as incorrect address, So completely frustrating and when customer service in Carol Stream acts the way she did just makes it all worse. UPS and Amazon never have an issue delivering to our house.

I was going to give this FedEx Home Delivery location a 1 star review, but my packages got delivered. (Not all employees are the same). My first package was delivered correctly where the delivery guy walked up and rang my doorbell, asked for my signature, and handed me the box. My second package (high valued item), the delivery guy left it behind the bush with the box not sealed... I was supposed to sign and confirm for this package as well, but the delivery guy never came to the door and rang the doorbell. Luckily, I was home to grab the package right away. I am not sure what the intentions were here, but this is unacceptable and not professional. I did get my items delivered to me, but boxes shouldn't be opened when the recipient receives them... And if it wasn't this facility where the box was opened... then I apologized, but it should be retaped.

If I have anything to say about it I would never use FedEx for my package delivery. They are not willing to give a reasonable delivery window or advice on the delivery unless you pay them extra money for it. As a working individual I am not able to get most deliveries unless I get lucky on a day off. Their employees take information but it doesn't matter to them and they often just say what they think you want to hear and definitely don't care if you get your packages or not. Just picked up my package after trying for a week to work it out and I won't miss my job to meet their schedule.

2x that the driver hasn't left my package. called cust service and kept getting lied to. email stated drivet left a door tag and there wasnt one. when asked to speak to supervisor was told they were not available. I said I'd hold and was hung up on and pushed to the survey.Fed Ex delivery needs to change its name because they do not deliver.Just called 800# again and was hung up on. How does this company stay in business with no customer service and drivers who don't deliver?no wonder Amazon is taking over.

PACKAGE CONTENTS STOLEN IN TRANSIT! My box was swapped out & a fresh label was printed. I received a text the day before stating signature required, but the driver drops the EMPTY BOX off, knocked quickly and ran. Very sad that shipping can’t be trusted.
