I went to three medical equipment/supply stores today, and Family Home had the best selection of wheelchairs by far. The people who assisted us could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this business!

Good selection of home medical equipment and supplies. Customer service could be better. Called a week or so back, left message & never got callback. Visited 2 days ago, 1 man waiting, then a woman came in - no one came out. I called the phone #, ring about 6 times (we could hear it ringing in the back) finally an off site person answered. 2-3 minutes later THREE associates came out.SHEESH

Extremely rude over the phone. As a new customer and patient, I could not believe the attitude from the sales representative. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend!

I called for service on a powerchair and they were most helpful. I would just make sure that if your calling for repairs that you have the SN# of the chair. I also purchased bathroom equipment and they had everything I needed.
