Staff is kind, helpful great with my cat. Quick and efficient. Easy to get in contact with and get files transferred to them. Highly recommend having your pets checked and cared for at this facility.

If you really care about your dog, please go to another veterinary. They are awful, the staff is incompetent and if something go wrong they will not take responsibility at all! Go find a better place, please, for your sanity and your pet safety.

To say I’m extremely disappointed with Carol Stream Animal Hospital is an understatement. My pup has been going to this hospital on & off for 18 years. I called there to get advice and guidance because my dog was showing signs of end of life. They didn’t even call me back! The next day I called and spoke with a concerned individual named Zachary who had a woman call me back. She told me my pup hadn’t been seen in a year 1/2 and I’d need an appointment just to get some advice and ask a few questions.
In other words, you needed us to pay a visit to advise me on the obvious.
Immediately I phoned Knoll Animal Hospital, in Carol stream (had never been before) They answered all of my questions and concerns, and within a very short time they knew very quickly he was suffering with pain in his back legs and spine. He crossed the rainbow bridge that day and I know as a group we made the right decision for my sweet pup.
CAROL STREAM ANIMAL HOSPITAL- To your office manager; talk to Christina (or better yet, listen to that recording) because that’s NOT the kind of person you want representing you! To Dr. Contrearas, do better man. I understand you need to pay your employees, but have a heart, it goes along way. Don’t reply and don’t apologize- have a heart & do better.

Our puppy broke (and I mean BROKE) a nail and the team here not only got us in within a few hours, but were kind, efficient, and compassionate once we arrived. A wonderful experience during a not-so-wonderful day!
