At the facility the work activities and spending limit were finalized. The service rep. was friendly and proficient.The work was performed within the time anticipated and the expense did not go over the estimate & spending limit.The vehicle was washed, but not vacuumed, once the work was finished.”

“Excellent customer service. A Compact car was not available for me, so I took the only option they had left, which was a Van. It was more than I wanted to spend and too big! However, the next day, I received a call that a Kia SUV came in and I could switch cars and lower the price. They even brought it to my home and picked up the Van. “Me and my brother went to this location yesterday 5/5/2021around 12:45 and the gentleman that was working was very nice to us and very helpful to us! This gentleman name was jimmy, he knows what he is talking about and very respectful! way better then the other location we went to and the gentleman at that location was very disrespectful to us. We walked in to this location and jimmy came right and said how can help you guys and we told him we were there to pick a car and got the information and we went to the car and it was ready for us! he had us walk around with him inspect car. Then we paid and were on our way! I would recommend this location!”

“I rented for 10 weeks in a row from the Naperville Hyatt. Joffrey was so pleasant, and customer service-focused, it was great to see! For example, the Avis changed the opening hours from 7am to 8am, however, I still needed to pick-up the car at 7am. Joffrey came in early to makes sure I was able to pick up my rental for 8 weeks. This is the type of customer service that Avis needs. Thank you Joffrey - I will definitely rent from there again.”

“We had to use Enterprise two times this month. Wonderful experience. Fast, knowledgeable, clean and a very large selection of cars. During my second rental Liam was very professional and helpful. He prearranged rental and held the car for me till Saturday pick up. I was escorted to the parking lot to look at different cars. Both times renting we had brand new cars offered to us. Liam was great to work with and for the first time ever renting he had me pre pay for gas at $2.80 a gallon and no charge for drop off fill up. Very accommodating working with car insurance issues. We will return especially for the large selections of cars.”

“I am Avis preferred plus. This review is specifically for the location not AVIS as a whole. Kenny is absolutely amazing, he literally watches out for his customers at an individual level. Yes there have been times I wasnt satisfied with the Avis vehicle experience, however the staff service compensated for it.I have now been renting from this location for quite a while, and have been a AVIS only customers for 3 years now. Comparing this to others, there have been times where I landed in a city and that airport AVIS location had no cars and only found something that had many issues. Seen a lot.Kenny makes it work! “Best customer service I have ever had at any car rental place. I had so many issues with trying to rent a car with Hertz - they needed a credit card, this and that and 2 forms of id and my blood type. Needless to say, my reservation fell through and I was pretty much stranded. I called up Budget at this location like 20 mins before they closed and spoke to Vicki. She was the best customer service I have ever experienced - even though she was about to close, she told me she would wait for me to Uber there and get me in a car and on my way.Within 15 minutes I was in a car to my destination in NC.
