Excellent experience. My first order after changing to Byram Healthcare. My previous supplier broke up my orders to the point I was always getting emails, texts, and phone calls to confirm orders, updates on delivery dates and other information. Byram got it right the first time and delivered on time.

I got my pump very quickly! They verified with my insurance and my doctor that I would qualify for the pump. The only thing I had to do was enter my information. Very good customer service!

Horrible experience. Was lied to by several people (an employee told me that I was lied to).Had to wait for over 13 days to get my supplies to stay alive because of the lies.10/10 do not recommend.

Have only used for two days...seems to be working out fine. Especially the low glucose warning.Will find out the longer I use the monitor. Will report after I have used the machine for a while.
