Don't come to this gas station before 10 am. Certainly don't come around 6 am to 8 am. The staff early in the morning is horrendous. Half the time they aren't anywhere to even be found. Leaving customers standing around trying to find anyone to ring them up. And then when you do find someone to help you, it's nothing but attitude and rudeness.

picked up a slice over an hour past the expiration time, but still sold to me at full price. everyone here is very rude and inhospitable. these people working here don't really care about their jobs or treating you like a human being

They are always out of everything. It looks like they were looted.the coffee machine needs to be cleaned. The car wash needs to be cleaned, and parts need to be replaced. Service is mixed. Some employees are awesome while other ones are kinda weird. The guy with the long hair glasses and a beard was watching me make coffee or the other two employees talking to a cop all day while ignoring their other customers like they somehow mean more than everyone else. Management needs to come in and do a clean sweep.
I've contacted corporate about all these issues and they refuse to do anything about it.
Who is this manager John? He (or anyone else) hasn't helped me with anything. Today I canceled my car wash subscription because it is still filthy. One month later and it still wasn't addressed. The responses on Google are a joke.

Just ordered pizza and the Store manager John is very friendly and is making me their famous cheeseburger pizza. I appreciate this Casey’s and John Specifically for going above and beyond for its customers. I will come back every time John is here.

I ordered a taco pizza and cheesy bread sticks from this place for pickup and scheduled my pickup for 3:30. I got there, picked everything up, paid, and brought it back home and opened the pizza box to a burnt cheese and beef covered pizza with no other toppings. I am so disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

This is the worst Casey’s to go to. They hardly have anybody on the Crister. Everybody’s always hanging out making conversation and I am talking about the workers if you have an appointment do not go here because you’ll be here all day and their inventory is lousy They never put anything out. Shelves are always empty. This place should not be called Casey’s the workers in there you ask him for something And they have an attitude like you battered their conversation them hanging save your time don’t go here

This Caseys has gone way down hill. Nothing is ever stocked anymore whether it be tobacco products or drinks. The refrigerators are almost always empty. Men's bathroom is always dirty. And the employees blast music constantly dancing around behind the counter. Nobody that works here takes the job seriously and the employees that do are hardly ever working or no longer work there anymore. I usually stop here almost everyday and sometimes twice a day, but the BP across the street is where I'll be going now.

I use to work here and I have all the details a good amount of the management and employees are on drama like the bathroom never clean people Rather listen to music and dance and leave everyone else to do there job management also likes to start rumors about employees and people trust me if you walk in there and listen they going be talking about someone just a horrible experience I understand this happens in many businesses but trust me get your stuff and leave they really should get rid of this Casey's or just get new management it's also crazy to me how so many people quit or get fired here the real Manger should of looked into that but I gusse it pass right by her

I’ll start off by saying customer service is always well and friendly but let’s get the store together the fountain drinks are always out of order. The drink stations are a mess and last time I ordered a pizza it was supposed to be pepperoni. It was just globs of cheese and maybe a total of 10 pepperoni’s. This Casey’s is down the road from me but now I avoid and go elsewhere as it’s always out of everything and dirty. Please do better!

We have issues with this Casey’s everytime come. But this is the most recent issue. App allowed us to order food for our family for dinner, we get to the store an hour later (and about 25 minutes away from our house) and the kitchen is closed with no pizza in sight. Why would the app allow us to order if the kitchen was closed? This store in general is constantly messing up orders, having unfriendly staff (like the time the cashier talked about how people abused EBT to me right after the customer in front of me walked out after using EBT.)
Do better.

I love Casey's Pizza, so when I learnt this location near home and on my way to work to work was opening, I was so excited. Nevertheless, this location is nothing but disappointing, most of the times (I dare to say 8/10), they don't have breakfast pizzas (My work hourse are flexible, so I have driven at different times between 6am-10am). When I'm done from work, they don't have any pizza either or seem to lack some ingredients for their specialty pizza. Most of the time the app does not let you order online; and if you call, they either have their kitchen closed or simply don't answer.The location is fairly clean, their staff have been really nice and kind; but the one thing I love about Casey's (Pizzas) isn't there.

Laura was very rude, talking rudely about a patron to another customer in front of other customers. Walked off her register while we were line, shouting “she would be back” as she crossed the other end of the store. Another employee had to service us as she never came back. Please take the time to address this, it is not a good look for Casey’s as a business.

Might wanna try selling worms that aren't literally dead and liquefied. "Live bait" means you sell bait thats NOT a puddle of green slime in a can. Do better.
