My car drives nice but I spent $10,000 for work I'm not so sure I needed. I could have bought a new car for that amount of money!!! They had me apply for Koalifi for the 2,400 I couldn't pay and what a scam it is!!! If I don't pay it off in 90 days the price goes to 5,500!!!!! Hopefully I won't need to use the warranty because I really don't want to go back!!!

Great friendly customer service. Detailed and thorough break down of the problems I was having and provided easy to understand solutions. Plus providing pictures and videos of the issues is a great plus. Definitely will be returning.

From the initial call, they were on the spot! I was able to make arrangements to leave my disabled vehicle at their location after hours. I had timely contact from the technicians the next day to give me an update as to what services might be necessary, including cost. They gave updates as to timeline and progression of service. Strongly recommended.

I took my Cayenne to the shop in Carol Stream, and the staff exceeded my expectations in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. The issue was a faulty PCV valve. Normally, I would visit the Porsche dealership, but they suggested replacing the entire valve cover, despite the fact that only the PCV was malfunctioning. After researching auto shops that specialize in luxury cars, I found Bartel, which had excellent reviews. I scheduled an appointment and began the process. The team there is friendly and meticulous. I highly recommend them!

Cody helped me out. Very friendly. When I called and said I didn't know what needed to be fixed he had me come by and diagnosed it with in the hour and got the part fixed the next day. Felt a little expensive but the work was quality and done quickly. Would return.

There should be more than 5 stars. The staff is awesome, shout out specifically to Chris, Jose and Ian, and they’re extremely timely when something needs fixed. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Bartels. You all are the best and I appreciate all of you!

Came for a second opinion and quote. Stayed for a job well done. Drives like a new car. Provided a loaner car so I wasn't without a car, so I could go to scheduled activities. Pleasant, helpful adviser. Showed and explained everything. Wished I had come here first. Would have saved 2.5 days without a vehicle and diagnostic fees that would not have been subtracted if they had done the work from the first place I tried to go to. BARTEL'S IS THE BEST.

Good price. On time delivery of vehicle and nest of all they dropped my off at home while car was getting fixed and also were willing to pick me up but I had a ride. The customer service was also good. I gave 5 stars especially because the dropping off and picking up service is awesome ?
