3 stars because the team is awesome!! But management on the other hand, hmmm. I worked here for approx 6-8 months, same schedule Saturday and Sundays... They decided to hire a new employee for Saturdays cutting my hours in half! No notice, no heads up but you hear the non stop recording about how they are hiring! Why? Why would work here if you're going to cut the hours in 1/2??? Also. I referred an employee explaining the pay was $x and when they were hired their pay was over $1.25 more per hour! I'm an older female, he's a young male definitely felt discriminatory to me! If you need a job with guaranteed hours this isn't the place because they will reduced it drastically without a heads up!! Please AutoZone don't reply to this saying for me to contact you, you have ALL my info on file. The treatment was despicable and unwarranted. Why would you treat someone this way and not know if they need the hours???? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE AUTOZONE AND THE DIFFERENCE IN PAY BETWEEN GENDERS AND AGE IS DISCRIMINATORY!! CORRECT THIS!! DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!

I came in last week in the middle of a severe snowstorm. Natasha took care of me. I needed one windshield wiper, and she was able to install it as well. Amazing person she went above and beyond! Awesome employee.

Walked in irritated because I needed wipers and had no clue where to start. Def came to the right spot! Greeted before the door closed behind me, asked if I needed help asap, assisted me with selecting, and even put them on for me all with a smile!! Not sure if it's the best part or the worst part no extra charge!!! Thank you!! I can leave him at home now!! It was the entire team helping each other out!!

It’s really true that one bad employee can ruin an experience. I had used oil from doing my oil change and today at around one o’clock my boyfriend was dropping it off and the lady at the counter was very rude. He hadn’t seen the sign on the door that said they weren’t accepting oil today because of trying to balance the oil pan and open the door for himself. When he got to the counter she was so sassy stating “You know there is a sign on the door that says we aren't accepting oil right now!”Every interaction with a customer is so important and this quick conversation is proof of that. I really appreciate and am grateful for the service of them taking used oil. But I will definitely be going to another location from now on! If she had been kind about everything it would have been no big deal.

Bought headlights from the AutoZone in Streamwood, they wouldn't install them, the sun had set, I needed headlights in the worst way. I called Carol Stream store on the way home, David came to the rescue and I avoided an accident (and probably a ticket) on the way home, great customer service!
