Their salesmen are a joke.. they either need some serious sales training or have zero interest in selling you a car, its truly amazing the way they unwelcomingly speak to people. Find a better place to spend your money!!!!!

Auto Showcase was awesome! Issac helped me through the buying process and it was nothing but simple and easy. They let me get a pre-sale inspection done at the local Dodge dealership and made sure everything was good to go so there were no issues down the road. I highly recommend this dealership as they are not only very professional but the location and building is absolutely beautiful. If you’re looking for a quality car whether it is luxury or a daily driver, this is the place to go!

I came into this establishment yesterday on 07/1 and I wish I didn’t even waste my time coming in. I knew what I wanted, I knew how much I wanted to pay, I knew how much I wanted my payments to be and unfortunately, I had the pleasure to work with the amazing Issac LOL. This guy looked like he did not want to be there, he honestly looked miserable if you were to ask me. He looked like he’s just there to get a check, and the place was not busy at all. He took forever just to figure out what the numbers will be. Then advise me that the bank closed at 2:30pm and then proceeds to say he will give me a call tomorrow to see what the bank says. Do you think I’m stupid? You just don’t want to do your damn job and work with a young female. The other workers were on the phones and doing nothing. This establishment does not care for their customers. If I could provide 0 stars I most definitely would. I don’t recommend anyone doing business or purchasing a car here.

I had a wonderful experience with Auto Showcase of Carol Stream. I called them on Tuesday inquiring about a Tesla Model 3 LR, and Isaac was able to help me through the process quick and efficiently to get my bill of sale ready and held my deposit for the vehicle. On Thursday I headed for the dealership to inspect and purchase the vehicle. Isaac was also very helpful when I arrived greating me with a glowing smile and kindness. He knew I had a long drive so he charged the vehicle fully for me, and we were able to test drive immediately. I absolutely loved the vehicle is was immaculate. As I was already ready with check in hand, the finance department went amazingly smooth with no hiccups or extra fees!
I highly recommend Auto Showcase of Carol Stream and I will be back to buy my wifes next vehicle! Thank you so much Isaac for the awesome experience.

We drove from Rockford. Went last night to look at a Tesla. We liked it. Put in an application and said we will be back in the morning to get the car. On the way down there to get the car the salesman said someone else had already taken it out for a test drive and someone else had now bought the car I said we wanted. Jim is the salesmans name. He did NOT hold the car for us like he should have. I thought by how good the building looked that I would be working with professionals. I was unfortunately very wrong. Can't say to stay away. But don't get your expectations up very high. They won't be able to met it.

Bought a 2019 Mustang GT with a Roush Supercharger on it. Only got to put about 600 miles on the car whenever the engine started to have troubles. Air intake system had to be fully cleaned out due to being full of sand and debris. Check engine light is on and the car cannot be drove due to being in limp mode. They said the vehicle was fully inspected and ready to go prior to the sale.
Would not go here again.

I don't have a problem with a dealership not doing test drives on some or all their vehicles. However I do expect them to be upfront about it. I had scheduled an appointment for the car, scheduled child care in order for my wife to come with me and driven an hour and a half. All to be told we could not drive it with out a deal. I explained I was in a final decision between two cars and was not willing to put together a deal with a financing contract unless I actually drove the car. I hope they provide more upfront and honest communication for future customers especially those with young families.

An over the top experience for me. I traded in my car and was amazed by the honesty of the dealer with the price. Shoutout to Isaac and Austin who made this the best car buying experience from a dealer that I've ever had. I will for sure be coming back to this location when the time comes to get a new car and I recommend anyone to look here first! 10/10
