My dad ran cen-mil mkt in Jeff Park for 30 years in the Polish neighborhood. Ashland smoked sausage is the best I have ever tasted. They use premium ingredients.—Butcher Boy.

In the past I have occasionally purchased the Krupnik Kizka and it was good.This last time I bought it was horrible. Over salted, overly fatty greasy, and terrible taste.Won’t buy it again.

I just discovered that the pork tongue, in jelly pork tongue, is not cleaned. That is disgusting! I'll never buy anything from Ashland sausage, again!

Great sausage and meats! Love picking up their products at Joseph's in Crystal Lake. It's nice to be able to support a local business and to know where my meat is coming from. These days, that's pretty important.

Nice folks, nice products, very tight production facility. In addition to making their own smoked & specialty products, they're also a USDA certified manufacturer, and offer co-packing services (i.e., manufacturing food products for other businesses).
