We previously had a positive experience with this store, so we decided to use American Mattress again. We set up delivery of a new mattress to our home. On the day of the planned delivery I received a text message saying the mattress would arrive the following day! I called the store and asked why my delivery was delayed. There was no explanation and a new time was given to me. I explained that timeframe didn’t work. I was told I could pay extra $$ for a set delivery time. I explained that I arranged my schedule for the original delivery date & time and was essentially told “too bad”. The salesperson even told me “I didn’t personally do this to you, it’s not my problem.” I won’t use this company for any future purchases.

Our whole family went in to get new mattresses for my parents, cause they're moving.
We were very satisfied with his family owned company.
My sister and brother in law have bought five mattresses over the years from them.

We recently purchased mattresses at the family owned American Mattress Store in Carol Stream. My salesperson was Jessica. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattresses for a price I could afford. The Delivery team was prompt with set up and they took away our old mattresses. It was all around a great experience!

Stopped in American Mattress to replace my 13 year Tempur-pedic mattress. Was greeted by Jessica who was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient. The whole experience felt like I was chatting with a friend. She knew I wanted to be in and out and I was walking out the doors less than an hour later. Explained what I was looking for, what my budget was, asked about financing plans, and decided on a mattress. Quick and painless.. actually was quite enjoyable. This store never disappoints. Thank you Jessica!!

We went to the American Mattress in Carol Stream. It was such a fun experience. Jessica, the store manager, was such a pleasure to deal with. She had so much patience with us, answered our questions, advised what she thought would be best for us and didn’t mind one bit that my husband was trying all the mattresses ? If you are in need of a new mattress, I would recommend going to that American Mattress and talk to Jessica!

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses they carry and the companies that make them. He was understanding when I told him the budget I had. He let me try the mattresses without making me feel rushed while doing so. And, I’m able to have my new mattress delivered in just 2 days!
