They loaded a 40,000 load in my trailer without proper staggering, realized this when pulling out of their dock and I look inside my trailer and saw in my air pressure gauge for my drives indicated I was heavy, put my trailer back in the dock when inside and told them and they reconfigured the load then I had to go inside to look it over, drivers beware check your load before leaving.

Not easy to deal picking or delivery very tight place

Not the best not the worse. Arrived at original location sent to the secondary. Do not know why they don't have it shipped to the secondary location on the first place to save on headaches! Second location very tight area to back in to, but not impossible. Appointment at 9am in dock at 8:40 out by 9:40.

Appointment only unless you are Hispanic then you will be unloaded regardless of appointment. Disorganized facility. Of course no one speaks English if an issue arises. These are CH Robinson loads so the freight is cheaper and you sit around waiting to get unload. Make sure CH Robinson gives you the correct address and time. It’s not 24 hours as you will be told. Strongly suggest passing on this freight. Find another load.

They sent me to another location for delivery - there they asked me to follow the trucks waiting line without taking my appointment time into consideration.
