The employees have been nice and professional, but one thing: TURN THE MUSIC DOWN!!! I have to yell to talk to people behind the counter.

I got locked out of my car. Had to wait almost 3 hours for a locksmith. It was snowing outside and the roads were bad.Venny was very welcoming. Pulled up a chair and had me sit inside and wait. I will never forget her kindness and hospitality as she hung out with me.

Perhaps the best 7-Eleven I know of in the western suburbs. The store is always well-stocked, organized, and clean. And I've never had a problem with the clerks there.
