The cashier doesn’t know how to find windshield washer fluid in the register… made me go outside and bring him one, so he can scan it…. Like it will be in my interest that hi should make the sale….

Very disappointed!! I ordered 6 taco taquitos which I always do every time I order and this time around they were dry and hard seem like they have been cooking all day long. I called and told the gentleman who answered the phone. He told me that I would have to reorder and pay again!!!! I don't think so. Very upset and disappointed. Looks like I'll have to find me another 7-Eleven to order from.

New staff is very friendly, welcomes you when you enter and says goodbye when you leave. Very personable. Slurpie machine was working and thats all I need for a good visit :)

Cards are down half the time. Always forget to put your gas on the pump after you pay, have to go in and remind them 100% of the time. Refused business because i was paying cash but they had pre counted their registers for a shift change 15minutes away. Two registers open and employees on. I’m sure they mean well but this place is a *hit hole. Wouldn’t expect these people to understand how to add and subtract a few coins and dollar from your drawer count.

I have been coming to this 711 15+ years. The staff ALWAYS greets each customer. No matter the circumstance the staff is always happy to help and very accepting of people. It makes me thankful to have such great people working somewhere I have to visit so frequently. I look forward to seeing the staff every time I go in.

Always super friendly and greeted with a warm hello as soon as you walk in! My only complaint is I went in to purchase a couple bottles of 20oz Pepsi's and when I got home I took a sip. It tasted funny. Checked the date on them both and they expired 2 months ago in November! Please don't sell expired food or drink. It's disgusting! Unfortunately....I will be checking every date on anything I purchase there.
