The service department at K & J are the best around. I had a noise in my car but no idea what it was. Jim relayed the problem to the mechanics and they found the problem. Did the oil change also. I live in Kansas but have my work done here when I’m in the area to visit family. Love the great service and knowledge of the service department. Employees are all friendly and great people!

Arrived at K&J around 7:25am. Checked in with my 2500HD for oil change, complete filter replacement and tire rotation. Sat in the lounge and waited. Mentioned to them that I had another appointment at 9am. That had it done by 8:50am. Gave me my receipt and I was out the door and on time for my next appointment. Great group of service people! Highly recommend K&J!
