Called multiple times, also sent Jodie and Tana messages via email/website. I just simply had a few questions filed March 5th 2024… received a few letters, Jodie was not available in the email so they connected me to Tana, which her response was just keep checking the “where’s my refund” site. I clearly stated I needed help. Also my tax preparer Jodie has not tried to get back in touch. All I had was a simple w-2 I should have just did it myself like I usually do, instead of losing a few hundred bucks! I will never use them again even the receptionist is clueless when I call.

Giving 2 stars because Tana and Ryan were amazing. I filed with this H&R Block in January 2022. Debbie sent my return off before I signed a single document, refused to file my out-of-state return, and filed my in-state returns incorrectly. I filed an official complaint with H&R Block and was told my fees were getting waived and I was given a coupon for the next tax season. I got my return this evening and to no surprise, I was charged $464 for my filing. I have the receipt stating I didn't have to pay filing fees. Worst filing experience of my life

Monica my tax preparer was very nice and thorough with answering any questions I might have had and will continue to answer any further questions I may have in the future. Monica was very professional.

Costs too much .I don't believe the person helping me tried to find anything in my favor as did workers before .She was out the parking lot before me as if something else was so important.I like people who try and help me .I will find another tax preparation place next year.All I heard was everything was because corporate took over Also the receptionist was a gas young man and U am not saying anything about that but I don't know his name so that is all I can say for you to go by.He was a mess he was in furry slippers his hair was thrown up and messy and he kept going outside I know once was to smoke.I think the whole place was a mess !
