“I went in at 9:30 am for an estimate for my back bumper. I was shocked at the estimate, much lower than the other place I went. They told me to bring it in at 3pm the same day. They stayed after hours to fix my car on July 3rd. I picked up my car at 6pm. It looked so good. I was very happy with the fix. And it was $30 cheaper than the estimate. “Had my first accident last month. Chose Caliber because it was one of the places my insurance (State Farm) has a partnership with. I am very happy I went with Caliber. I only ever talked with one employee (Mike), and I have to say he provided exactly what I hope for in terms of customer service. Timely calls about how my car was progressing, friendly attitude, and just a general overall vibe of clearly giving a damn. I don't know enough about cars to say whether the cost was unreasonable, but it seemed fair to me. State Farm covered everything minus a relatively small deductible. And I don't think State Farm would suggest Caliber if they were price gougers. So yeah, extremely pleased. If you're shopping around for a place to do auto body work, I'd say look no further.”
