Fast and efficient pharmacy drive thru. Better than Wall Street.

Murphy’s law applies here nicely.
It is a Hassle to refill prescriptions. Got to get a prior authorization every time because Walgreens does not trust the patient. They may not take your ensurance. You are forced to speak with a virtual agent which makes it even harder and on top of that Walgreens talks a lot about automatic refills but cannot deliver. Their job is to make medications a living hell. If something can go wrong then it will. Murphy’s law! Stay away from this pharmacy.

Sold me the wrong medication, refused to refund money. I am sure these idiots are dipping into their own supply. Taking business elsewhere, fucking morons.

Have used Walgreens for many years. Always a great experience. The store carries so many products. I worked for the company while in my 20s. ❤️❤️

Worst place for help. Ask if they had something at pharmacy and lady was like this is the pharmacy. Yea I know usually a pharmacist can guide you on a tablet of sorts and know where things are since the workers cant even look at you when you ask a question saying it says you have something in stock they should ask you what are you looking for or what can I help you with.

By far the WORST Pharmacy I have EVER been too. And here are the reasons: (1) The pharmacist Valerie H. was completely rude - she acted bothered by my questions I had about my prescription. (2) They waited so long to fill my RX that it became expired.......and then tried to blame it on me. I asked them to give me documentation of when I turned in my RX and they said that they do not keep records of when ppl turn in prescriptions??? Are you kidding me? I was a pharm tech for 3 years - THEY DOCUMENT EVERYTHING - especially expired C2 prescriptions (which my RX was for) - and your telling me they can't check my file/ when they scanned in the RX (3) Even if my RX was expired - God forbid you give me a call and tell me! I had to find out the hard way AFTER I waited in line for 30 mins...unbelievable. (4) The service from the technicians are always terrible. There is one guy (young african american guy that is helpful and very nice ) but all the others tech's are quit frankly a joke. I know most pharmacies are understaffed and very busy, but Walgreens on Main Street I cannot give you the benefit of the doubt anymore. If you cannot already tell - I am very disappointed with your pharmacy and will not come back. I reccommend anyone in the Carbondale area to stay away from this Walgreens - I'd even use Walmart before goin back there......
