“My kitten and I are fairly new to Spears, but I have no complaints!! I knew I wanted to switch vets and Dr. Placek has been nothing short of amazing! She is always happy to answer all of my questions and willingly explains everything. Kitty is having an unusual negative reaction to a medication or vaccination, and Dr. Placek and her team made us feel genuinely cared for. The woman who handles scheduling is always so helpful and nice on the phone and at appointments! They were able to get me in same-day!!! This is huge! It’s great to know that my fur baby is in the best hands!”
