Mileek and his coworker Nick were fantastic to work with. They helped me get ready to switch to Verizon from another carrier. He provided me with all the info I needed for a smooth transition, including one line from out of town. It took some coordinating, but with Mileek’s and Nick’s patience and knowledge, we got it done! Thank you!

Wait time is unnecessarily long. Two managers stood at the front to “triage”, with no one coming in for 30 minutes. Rather than helping move those who were waiting on sales reps, waiting customers were left to wait. It would be more helpful if two people standing at the door could help assist customers. Or at least not stand there chatting to cause frustration for those who are waiting. Somewhere to sit might help as well.

Didn't have as much info as they should have being customer service reps. The wait was uncomfortably long. The lady I spoke with acted like she was better than me. At&t's store smelled better and I felt more accepted there. I don't even dress or act out of the norm. Something about the vibe the CS rep at Verizon made me feel like I was dumb for even asking the questions that I did ask.

It's crazy the amount of personal time you have to spend to fix simple issues.I have went in to the store a couple times this month. First time, customer service told me I needed to call the customer service number.... make that make sense.Then I'm locked out of my IPhone and the mother store can't do a hard reset but, ubreakifix can for $50 fee.I'm ready to switch to a better reviewed phone carrier.

I was 700 miles from home and my Galaxy Z Flip3 stopped working. The Verizon Rep was awesome, took my info and had a replacement shipped to Carbondale in 2 days. I highly recommend this Verizon!

Took my friend there when he got off work because they approved him for a new phone online. They close at 6, we were there until 6:45 so they could deny him a phone.

The manager was very helpful - didn't laugh at me because of the simple solution to my problem. I'm 76 and not tech savvy. I told him I like to learn something new every day, and he helped fill that day's quota.

These CROOKS told us a month and a half ago when we went into the store they had deals to lower our bill to $160 last monthes bill was $352 and this monthes is $298! 2 managers were helping us at time and now they claim it's a business line I have to have photo identification in the store! Their wish will come true tomorrow!! But we all know what they can do with these phones! They are thieves in my book!! I'm done Hell pay as you go is cheaper!!
