“I went shopping at the H.S. in Carbondale, Illinois... The two customer service reps were awesome! Courteous, Polite and not too over-bearing..I was interested in a Really Cool Hoodie, and the only one was at the top display shelf, accessable only using a 10 ft latter... I honestly thought is was too much for the young lady to go through the hassle. So, even sheet l after telling her not to worry about it, she went completely above and beyond! I bought the hoodie, and a couple winter hats! All 50% off! You guys are good!!!”

“Usually a good experience. Workers are usually upbeat. There was one younger guy the last time I went that really didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. I was trying to find my size I had to ask him a few time sit go check because he didn’t check all the shoes for my size that I asked him to. He wasn’t really trying to bring me socks for the shoes. The guy at the register made up for it and could tell dude wasn’t being helpful at all. Thanks for all the help tho guys overall I usually like coming in.”
