“I have been shopping at this store since 2001 when I attended graduate school at SIU. I have so many items from that store that are still going strong today! Rick is off the charts with his updated knowledge and history about all the products and the companies he deals with. Back in the area today after being gone since 2011 and he still has the best brands at a reasonable price. I bought a kayak today and he loaded it on my roof which was not equipped nor did I have anything to tie it down and make a 4 hour trip back to Kentucky. He handled everything with kindness and my kayak never moved on top of my car for 4 hours! Love the service

“Usually a good experience. Workers are usually upbeat. There was one younger guy the last time I went that really didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. I was trying to find my size I had to ask him a few time sit go check because he didn’t check all the shoes for my size that I asked him to. He wasn’t really trying to bring me socks for the shoes. The guy at the register made up for it and could tell dude wasn’t being helpful at all. Thanks for all the help tho guys overall I usually like coming in.”

The two guys in there were really knowledgeable and actively helped me understand what I was buying and why it would help my posture. Even helped fit the shoes on right.
