Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. You get so used to streamlined and corporate stores these days, so this was really refreshing. The two guys in there were really knowledgeable and actively helped me understand what I was buying and why it would help my posture. Even helped fit the shoes on right. Really great service from good people.

The absolute best service I’ve ever received from any establishment. I wasn’t even ready to buy a pair of runners just yet and I was measured and fitted for 3-4 pairs. Got some quality advice and will definitely be back. Prices are also always cheaper than online, you can guarantee that!

So I bought a $185 pair of new balance and was told they were made for runners and they would last. Today I went in there after a year of having the shoes and the actual soles have come apart from the shoe. I was told that the soles aren't meant to wear when it was wet outside? And the water eats away the Cushioning? I could of bout 3 pairs of regular new balance for the price I was charged cause I was told that they would last. I won't go in their again!

Service was like none I’ve ever had buying shoes for 23 years. The owner analyzed my arch and walking pattern and matched it with the proper foot wear. Training for a marathon and it makes me feel comfortable knowing the owner also ran a ton himself. Highly recommend!

The staff are very friendly and helpful! My feet were aching day in and out. One of the gentleman there was so helpful and got me paired up (ha!) with a pair of Sauconys that have completely eliminated my foot pain and numbness. Their prices are better than Amazon and the staff is so helpful! I highly recommend them if you're looking for some quality shoes at good prices.

I walked into this store with an aching back, after checking other shoe stores where I came up empty when I tried to find a walking shoe with arch support. The sales man had me walk around while he observed. He then fitted me with shoes that address gait problems. I just took a mile walk and the pain has gone. Will return for more since a woman needs more than one pair of shoes.

Highly Recommend, amazing communication and ability to properly provide a good quality shoes and products for whatever need you may have. Like myself I have issues with my feet and how my feet arches and wanting a good supportive shoe because my ankles roll. Amazing store with amazing people. The owner is awesome and I highly recommend getting your shoes here!!
