Lan is a great nail tech! She has been doing my nails for over a year and I’m never disappointed. I always get nail extensions , fill ins and full sets and they are all on point! Her booking site is easy to use, she gets me in and out and never does a sloppy job. I recommend her! The nail shop is clean and it’s a friendly atmosphere. Lavish Nails is definitely the best in Carbondale!

$38 to have my gel nails done. Charged me to take off their previous paint. That's never happened. Not the best paint job, as well.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and only had to wait about 10 minutes. The speed of my service was excellent. The color was not what I expected and the tech immediately said we can change it and she did not seem irritated at all. She was very concerned about me being satisfied. I decided the color would be fine and I love the thickness of the dip (not too think) and every nail looks good.

Terrible service , only one person is a certified nail tech and shes very rude! Her mother is old and messes up anybody nails that tries to correct her ! Very unsanitary , they will switch to different people touching , feet and hands and never have on gloves or washes their hands , will stop in the middle of doing your toes or nails to talk to co workers in their language , or touch up another persons nails they messed up earlier that week. very nasty materials I pay attention and I was there almost 3 hours and not one brush was washed or pre cleaned! Feet tub is nasty the blue bag you place over it can’t hide it! Paid 100$ and some bucks for a short acrylic nail square shape and basic pedicure they charged me for acrylic gel instead even tho I didn’t actually get it on me! Got em did on a Friday came back on Wednesday because they started to fall off ! The lady exact words were “if you no like the price or nail you can go elsewhere “ told her I was after she did my nails over! Then I gladly left ! This place is Terrible! IM GIVING 0 STARZ ! You guys suck Bootyhole fr, Chicago nail techs would neverrrrr! If you are looking for a good set go to “STUDIO DAY SPA” on the strip in Carbondale! Very uncomfortable here 1st and last visit. Bad first impression extremely! The black women there is the only one I HEAR does nails good ! Everybody else IS trash ! I can see now yall bad reviews cutting and making folks bleed? Poking holes in toes? Somebody gone sue yall soon ? NOT TO MENTION MY NAILS AND FINGERS WAS ON FIRE YALK USING FAKE STUFF ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BURN LIKE FIRE ? IS ON YOUR FINGER TIPS AND NAILS ! YALL are sick and need to be shut down
