“I came into the store not exactly knowing what I wanted. Lora greeted me immediately and gave me a tour of the store. She gave me some space but kept in touch. I saw something and looked up for her & she was already headed my way. I looked at the price and about died. She reassured me that they were running an amazing sale. Also I could do payment plans on it! Being a broke college student, I was still on the fence. She asked me: when was the last time I treated myself…it’s been awhile. I bought that necklace for myself! She told me all about the warranties & set up an appointment to clean my jewelry in 6 months. I’m so glad that I had Lora’s help to find the perfect necklace!
