Paid $21 for a car wash and there is still dirt on the hood, top, and sides. Didn't even get the bugs off the windshield. Won't be back. Staff were nice though.

I personally love this car wash how friendly it is what got me on board with finish line. My favorite use of finish line is the graphene wash leaves civic with a nice shine and polish once I get in the sun. My camera is full if shots of my car in the sun. Keep up the great work guys

I went to the Carbondale location. I used to be an “unlimited wash club” member but am not anymore. It was awful!! I didn’t have any interaction with the staff so this not about them. When I left, my car looked almost the same as when I pulled in. There was still bird crap on the window, my trunk lid looked like it hadn’t been touched and it didn’t do much for the sap. For $32.00 dollars it should have looked like it just rolled off the show room floor!! Won’t be back!! -5 stars is what this review should be.

This place used to be amazing, but as all the recent bad reviews reflect, they are no longer worth going to. The vacuums hardly suck and our car only comes out partly clean. They do have free windshield washer fluid, which I've never seen before at another car wash

Do not sign up for one of their promotional passes. I did so at the Giant City Rd location. No mention was made that at the end of the team I would have to go on line and cancel it. All of their memberships now auto renew. I should mention that the past 3 years I have purchased a 3 month membership to get the road salt off in the winter. Now this year looking back at my monthly bank statement I see that they continued to charge me.

If they were actually open like they used to be and if everything worked properly like it used to it would be great. They are closed more than they're open! Yesterday it hadn't been raining and it was not even 7:00 yet and they were closed. I'm thinking about cancelling my subscription since I can't use it very often anymore since they're always closing.

Ran my car through this car wash TWICE - wasn't clean after first run so went through AGAIN -- after two runs through the wash.. well.. the photos show the poor results better than I can describe.
Requested refund, after 24 hours company responded no refunds. I checked their BBB and not surprised they have an "F" rating -- complaints from customers who have had cars damaged by their machines and the company blew them off.

I really wish I could say I am pleased with the experience. I got the basic wash which was very well priced and the car wash itself came out almost perfect. The actual wash itself is great. The staff was also friendly. The reason why I am disappointed is because, during the washing process, one of the brushes damaged the paint on the front passenger side door. One of the spots is even dented in, so there must’ve been a rock in one of the spinning brushes. If you go to this car wash and your car is not scratched, I’m sure it will come out beautiful just as mine did. That being said if it gets damaged like my car was, then it is definitely worth it to go to a touchless car wash.

IF YOU WANNA GET SCAMMED OUT OF $27 GO HERE! They lightly spray one corner of the car as you drive in. No tire shine, car still dirty af. I got, got! Don’t be like me lmao!

The tire machine doesn't work, waiting on replacement part....yet corporate won't allow them to put a sign up, they can't issue a refund.....you are getting SCAMMED! Paying for something they hope you won't notice that you aren't getting.
I called and got a "free car wash" after their supervisor had to approve it. The Marion location tiremachine sucks too, lol never ever again! What an expensive hassle!

This car wash is not good at all. I paid 27 dollars for a major car wash and I'm very disappointed in the wash. I didn't get any tire shine for my tires. It didn't get my truck clean. I said something to the service attendant and he gave me another wash. Still no tire shine. What is wrong with this generation. The young man holding the sign has a serious attire problem. Where is the customer service here, so sad. My family won't comeback here again. I paid 27 dollars now I got to go get my truck cleaned somewhere else. Still no tire shine.
