Have gone here since it opened to bad you cant talk to anyone at the office you call get put on hold than talk to a nurse at a call center and they relay message. But everyone has always been kind and professional will miss Dr Blaise when he retires

I went there to see Dr. Pervasise ( sorry if I got the spelling of his name wrong) for sleep issues. He was a very caring individual, as well as his whole staff. They answered all questions, were very thorough, and got me in for asleep study within 2 weeks. That is unheard of. People wait for years sometimes for this. I wish more medical professionals were as caring and helpful. I'm grateful for their efforts and attentiveness. It wasn't the usual you talk and in response you get..." Ok...mmm hmmm...mmm hmmm...ok" he actually stopped and made eye contact and listened and answered all questions and asked questions.

When I was in college at SIU, I would come to the urgent care here and always had great experiences. Now, a few years down the road, my baby comes here to see Dr. Dabrowski on Peds floor. We absolutely love him and his staff! Always easy in, easy out. They are great w baby’s and kids and so understanding. You really feel like they’re there for you. I have also taken my baby to the urgent care here which is a different office and had a great experience with the way she was taken care of there as well. She is one so it’s not the same as serving your average adult. We love Center for Medical Arts and the way they serve us. Thank you!

I tested positive for covid today and I went to Urgent Care for treatment, specifically wanting Paxlovid. At check in was a gentleman wearing an EIU basketball t shirt and he told me that they do not treat Covid and I should see my primary physician. No further explanation. I left, as did the lady behind me in line

I took my 18 month old and 2 month old to their pediatrician appointments by myself. This was my first outing with both very young children by myself, and I was struggling a bit. The nurses in thePediatric wing were incredible. I had nurses console my child like they were their own, and one even helped me back out to my car after the appointment. I was really overwhelmed, and they made me feel very safe and comfortable.

Very well organized, beautiful, clean and caring Healthcare center. The health safety standards are very high and that's great. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. My personal healthcare provider DrAlex Garrido-Zambrano is very good and professional. I would recommend this place to everyone for prompt medical attention.And a greater good news is, God's unchanging plan has always been to adopt us into his own great and glorious family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. And this gave God great pleasure. Ephesians 1:5. That's how much God loves you, Repent, give your life to Jesus Christ and enter into God's glorious family right now. Prayerfully look for a Church where Jesus Christ and righteousness are preached and practiced and then get totally committed serving God there.

I have two different specialists Doctor Bacall and Doctor Jarugula love them both have been with doctor Jarugula for a few years now her and her staff take absolutely wonderful care of me. I trust both of these doctors very much as well as the staff can't say enough goof stuff about them!

This place was amazing. Now that SIH has taken it on, they will slowly sink. Very unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, people, especially the trailer trash in the BILLING department that commit insurance fraud DAILY. SIH will get hit with corruption and fraudulent insurance activities. Just wait! We'll be watching.

The past few weeks have been very painful for me. Multiple trips to ER and Urgent care. For the VERY FEW concerned, I again went to urgent care after blood work, X-rays, and cat-scan. At the desk of Center For Medical Arts I was told that they would probably direct me back to ER however willing to see me. I am so grateful that Vivian Marks took time to listen to me and give me some relief before establishing a new Dr in December. The start of Prednisone and Flexeril has started to ease the pain in my next and shoulder and muscle in my arm. I can't express how much I appreciate her help.
