Disgusting place. It was filthy and there was no toilet paper or paper towels. I had an emergency stop for the bathroom and no toilet paper or paper towels? I will save you the details. The check out lady did nothing about it. I am disgusted.

I ordered pizza today around 2 and the kitchen cook was very nice and thoughtful. She labelled the pizzas to make it easier to identify and wrote thank you and happy mother's day on the boxes. I don't know her name but it really made my day.

Love that you can order whole pizzas for my events and parties. And I grab a fresh single slice or two for the road when I stop in for gas and donuts too. Cashiers and managers are always friendly and I see them go above and beyond to serve their customers. Always clean and stocked. My FAVORITE Casey's is Giant City Rd.! Love. Love . Love .?

We’re from out of town and needed a winning scratch off activated. The nice man working, Johnny said he would need to make a call to his manager bc he didn’t know how to do that. This guy went above and beyond with a great attitude and a smile on his face the whole time!! The manager he was needing happened to walk in and she was very positive and friendly as well.Customer service is a lost art, but you all have it right at this location!! Great job!

The guy that was working there yelled at me over QUARTERS! I went to the car wash there earlier today. The only thing that was working on it was the foam. So I foamed your my car. Then realized I didn’t have quarters to rinse. I went to put the only cash I had in the change return for quarters. But it wouldn’t work. Sooo, I did the only thing I knew to do. I walked over to Casey’s, grabbed a water, and asked the guy if he could just give me some quarters back because my cars all soaked in foam & I need to rinse it. HE WENT OFF ON ME!! He yelled at me about asking for quarters! I got my 1.75 in change, but won’t be going back.

DONT GO TO THE CARBONDALE CASEYS FOR AIR. These cheap owners made the free air a 1.75 costs. Not even a note on why they changed from free to charge. They lost my business.

Wow!!!! I placed and order for pizza, popcorn chicken and cheezy bread on 9/10/2021 at 7:39 p.m. estimated time 8:14 for the order to be ready. I arrived at 8:15. The cashier went to ask if my orded was ready the girl cooking looked up from her PHONE and stated it was not ready yet it would be 10 more minutes. Come to find out she had nit even started the order yet, i watched her make it. She was rude as i let her know it should have done and not be sitting there on thephone.she stated she was not and then used the F word !!!!!!!!! She is a very poor employee. I see your looking for an assistant manager i will work....... Get rid of employees like that they only hurt your business !!!!!!
