They cut our lock off & allowed someone else to store things in our unit & put on a new lock, even though we paid every single month. It was a total waste of money to have damaged belongings & have to go through it with management not having answers to why or unit had been tampered with or why there was water damage to our stuff. Also the units are infested with mice & rats. We literally threw everything we had to fight to get back away. Don't trust these people.

I repair and resale items on ebay so I went to this company inquiring about storage for my items. I did not want to keep them at home because I am running out a space. I wanted to expand and sale to the people. Well I went to this company, paid the down payment of 50 dollars for a vault and then had to wait three weeks before the storage vault was even unlocked. It gets worse. After three weeks, the storage vault was still not unlocked so I just requested my money back because this was a waste of my time. I am only one person. I am not a professional reviewer but thought that experience was worth sharing. Go through this company and you may waste three weeks of your time for nothing like I did. This is not a reliable source for storage. Life is precious and should not be wasted. Need even more proof that my experience was real? The lock was red. Carbondale Self-storage said they would remove it but lied; for 3 weeks!

After sending emails and text messages to let the company know I had moved out of the unit. Per Andrew I had to send the storage facility a email picture of the unit once I have moved out. I verbally reread him back the email address to send the photos. Then the email comes back as wrong while I'm being harassed for late charges on a unit I no longer rent from them. After I had to get City Hall involved to get access to my unit. Hopefully they will stop billing me and making me jump through hoops. Either to get my items and stop the extra monthly lock fee. Or to stop giving me the run around when I'm trying to close my account and go about my way. Please discontinue contacting me in regards to unit A 31-1.Please do not say this was a billing issue which will cause for me to put a copy of the paid receipt.

Please do business at a more reputable establishment. Per new management I would be able to access my unit. After waiting since December 2021 for management to respond back to my request.Upon arrival to my unit the padlock is still on my unit in addition to the outside security lock has been cut off. Management has yet to even alert their customers that they have taken their lock off. Save yourself the undue stress of dealing with this company. They are a complete nightmare.

Please do not do business with this company. They only collect payments and give you the run around. This lock that was provided by management has been broken off a unit over a week. There are 3 units in the building and anyone could be in there waiting in the unit to harm you while trying to obtain your items. They take no action to alert you, fix the problem or allow you ro remove your items. They have cameras yet are not privy to anything going on. You have to email management pictures of whats going on on their property. As you can see lock has been cut of since snow was on the ground.FYI .. they are scamming folks with the good reviews. Take notice folks to the new reviews that are good only get a response. The negative ones get no recourse for remedy. Because they will not assist in any matters other than collecting payments. Beware of this business.

I met with new owners, Nick and Dan. They eased my concerns with the utmost professionalism. Unfortunately, I have had issues with storage units in the past. In Nick and Dan, I trust. They have a great plan and are proven business owners after having owned and managed several successful businesses in recent years.

New ownership has brought this place down. They Will not process a payment to place a late charge on your account to lock you out. Keep the lock on until your next bill is due. Then they will try to put a lien on your items. There is no one no sort it out and the manager Lisa Green never returns phone calla or emails. They hide behind the only live person to deviate from any contact with the customer. If you only want to pay and not access your belongings this is the place. The person taking the payments is rude and tries to over talk you. This place is a complete joke and do not do business with them.

It is not in a safe area and by a homeless people warming center. There are very sketchy people walking around in addition to the new owners being sketchy. They are rude and do not have a actual person to talk with. Besides a representative from a third party ageny to only collect payments. Which you can heard being coached on what to say to you on speaker phone. Rrpresentative claims it's their first day on the job. Yet the trainer will not get on the phone to assist the escalated situation.If you have any issues, concerns or questions. You can only send a request through email and not allowed to have the email address to the manager Lisa Green. If you want to deal with a company that hides behind third party people and only collect money. Thats all you get with these people is a run around and wanting a payment.

Please do not do business with this company. When they called me for payment and I gave them my credit card number. They did not process the payment. Who knows who I gave my credit card information to. Due to the fact that no one at the establishment knows who I spoke with. There is no one to speak with besides a person who collects payments. The person answering for payment will email any grievance with the manager. Who I have not gotten a response since December 15th 2021. January 2022 and February 4th 2022 .You are not allowed any access to anyone besides the people that takes the payments. Over the phone payments only and have no physical way to pay your bill. The payment being late now I have to wait 10-14 days for an outside agency to remove the extra lock. Which in turn will be atleast 2 weeks worth of payment. I've had to spend hundreds of dollars replacing items in my storage from being unable to access my unit. They have not found time to take the lock off since December 2021.They painted the building and changed all the unit numbers and I have yet to hear back from manager on which unit number is mine.
