“A deer ran full-tilt into my new car and wrinkled both driver side doors. The bodywork was excellent, but I had to bring my car back a couple weeks later because the door wasn’t shutting correctly. They said no problem and spent some time correcting it. Now the door shuts like it should.”

I had to rent a vehicle from Carbondale Enterprise during the work and Enterprise was seriously under staffed and had only one employee working so they couldn’t pick me up so the owner at Absolute gave me a ride to Enterprise. “We took my husband’s truck to Calliber in mid May. Our estimated date of completion was a day before I was planning on taking a trip to visit family in Georgia. Two weeks after we dropped it off we got a text saying that the estimated date was now in August. I called asking for an explanation. They kindly explained that a part was on back order. I then asked if I could pick it up until the part came in; so that, I could take it down to Georgia. The damage to the truck was cosmetic and not related to function. They talked to the manger who let me pick it up. A week after I got back the part came in. I dropped it off again on a Tuesday and it was done by Thursday. The customer service here is too tier. I let them know I wasn’t angry, but I just couldn’t afford a rental and we had been using my one car in the mean time. They were so understanding and kind. The work they did looks so good too!!”
