“We were looking for a vehicle large enough for our family of five, which ranges in height from 5'9 "to 6'2", with two still growing to go on family trips. We visited Vic Koenig Chevrolet, and Alex Daly showed us a few Tahoes. After discussing it over the weekend, we decided to get a Suburban for a little more space. “Great, fast, and reasonably priced service. My 1st time here. The layout is the same as the higher priced competitor. You just drive up past the parking lot and they direct you into the garage. I found out the hard way going around the whole building then getting out after parking lol! But the guys there were nice and friendly and gave manufacturers suggested upgrades but were in no way pushy at all. Informative. I will return for my next service. Thanks for being honest guys. You have gained a "new to the area" customer”

“Customer service at this place is nothing but a 10/10. I have taken my car there a couple of times to be fixed and they have always been extremely helpful when it came to fixing my car and talking me through each issue. That's not even the best part. I had an issue where one of my airpods fell in the middle console through a small slit where my emergency brake is. They were the first people I thought of when this happened. After I explained the situation there was no hesitation from Kayla and another nice lady to try to fish it out. Not only did they get it out for me, they also did this in the blistering heat with no complaints and didn't charge me a thing. They are the best!!”

“Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. “We took my husband’s truck to Calliber in mid May. Our estimated date of completion was a day before I was planning on taking a trip to visit family in Georgia. Two weeks after we dropped it off we got a text saying that the estimated date was now in August. I called asking for an explanation. They kindly explained that a part was on back order. I then asked if I could pick it up until the part came in; so that, I could take it down to Georgia. The damage to the truck was cosmetic and not related to function. They talked to the manger who let me pick it up. A week after I got back the part came in. I dropped it off again on a Tuesday and it was done by Thursday. The customer service here is too tier. I let them know I wasn’t angry, but I just couldn’t afford a rental and we had been using my one car in the mean time. They were so understanding and kind. The work they did looks so good too!!”
