I absolutely love living at Woodland Crossing. I moved from out of state, and Anissa made the entire process so easy. I moved in site unseen, and I was immediately impressed with how nice the apartments are. It looked brand new when I moved in, and they're well built so you never hear your neighbors or anything. I rarely have any maintenance issues considering how new they are, but the minor things that have come up have been addressed immediately (thanks Gary). I would recommend A&M rentals to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the area.

From day one both Max and Anissa have been wonderful. Properties are beautiful and structural built and maintained exceptionally. Their integrity and detailed in leaving homes maintenance free to their tenants.

Very spacious and well-lit apartments, newly built. A nice, quiet neighborhood to live in and go for strolls on a sunny day. Amy is pretty responsive and do her best to attend any concerns. Highly recommended!

I love my apartment. Its brand new so I haven't needed any maintenance yet. Community is full of professionals and very quite. A&M rental office right behind the apartment and they got little check drop off box so its very easy to pay rent. Office people are usually pretty responsive through text.
