“I think people fail to realize just how understaffed / underfunded and overworked our postal service is. Due to the officials we've elected they are forced to work under these conditions. And the extreme increase in volume they've experienced during Covid-19 and the rise and Amazon sales they are left with an impossible task. Sure I get a package misdelivered from time to time but the staff always resolves the issue in a timely manner. I cannot thank the postal service and especially our local postal employees enough for the heroic with they put in for us daily.”
“Today 11-24-21 @345pm a woman with long grey hair and glasses went above and beyond my expectations for customer service! My Amazon package got delayed right before thanksgiving. Which was so sad it was my mom birthday tomorrow and I wanted to give her the present in time. So I went in figuring they couldn’t help me. She went and searched for my packages and I didn’t even have to ask. She offered so nicely. Great experience here!!!”

“East Moline post offices always very professional and needs more post people but overall I've never really had a problem except maybe getting somebody else's mail and somebody else getting my mail but for the most part they have great professional attitudes and the people that answer the phone are very helpful. It's kind of weird I've been seeing mailing on Sundays but I'm not sure about that I think it might just be because of the holidays??.”
