I’m sorry but you guys need to do better i picked up for my wife cuz she ordered ahead of time I get there wasn’t ready I waited a few mins got the pizzas but they said they was out popcorn chicken didn’t ask me for no Substitute I had to ask can we make sure the can get orders ready they wasn’t busy at the time

Didn’t have half the food we ordered tried to say they were not going to replace it even after paying. Didn’t have pizza ready when I ordered it several hours in advance

Worst pizza ever and I order there alot...ordered 2 online went and picked it up looked like it had been sitting for awhile it was dried out and I was 5 or 10 minutes early...the commercial is misleading no cheese pulling away on a slice
