Great place to workout. The equipment is top notch and everyone there is very personable. Had a chance to talk to the owner, very experienced and wants to help you achieve your goals.

Very clean place to workout, with an extremely friendly staff. The owner is very knowledgeable and lighthearted as well. There are plenty of machines and weight stations as well. Can't recommend this place enough.

I absolutely love working out at Modern Health and Fitness. It's always clean. I really do appreciate that! Their exercise equipment is great. I've been to their exercise classes too. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this gym. The best place to work out in Central Illinois.

I travel a good bit so I visit plenty of gyms across a good chunk of the country. You just can’t beat the amenities offered and MHF for the price outside of a metro area. Staff had always been very helpful and accommodating, especially the young lady that works in the evening. Thank you MHF, my home away from home.
