“I was looking up phone number to call about my loan and was shocked at the reviews so feel compelled to post my own experience;I feel ISB is an awesome local bank. They offer all the major bank services with the hometown treatment of being one of their own neighbors. I've had 3 loans on everything from personal to mortgage to new business and have never had an issue with paperwork, call-back, etc. I was a new customer when they helped me start new business bc I/it was part of the community of Canton. Everyone from the tellers all the way to the top management has been more than helpful and kind.I realize everyone has their own perceptions and experiences but if you're looking for a local bank, please give ISB and staff a chance to prove that they are worth it and hope Your experience is as great as mine have been!”

“I really like the canton I’ll branch but they seem to go through a lot of employees. Seems every time I go inside there is a new face. The ATM goes down a lot . Then when you have to get money from another banks ATM they charge you 3 dollars . I feel this is wrong since it is there machine not working.”
