Dealing with this company was a nightmare at Christmas time. We've been long time customers but that came to an end. The company had made a mistake, which happens, but the response from Black Crow Candle was deplorable. Owning a mistake and apologizing can make all the difference in the world! We sadly, will take our money elsewhere.

I recently ordered some primitive scents from a shoppe on Etsy and when they arrived they were absolutely horrible!? I threw all the bottles in the trash. I decided to go with this shop, Black Crow Candle Company and I am soooo very happy with EVERYTHING I purchased from them. The candles and room sprays make me feel I’m in my Grandmother’s kitchen OR a candle store. They smell DELICIOUS and the scents are right on point with the names on the jars and bottles! I will be returning to purchase more reeeeal soon. Thank you for the accuracy, fast shipping and careful packaging of all my items. EVERYTHING far exceeded my wishes!!
