the "walk in welcome" sign is a fake. I walked in and was ignored for 10 minutes. A nod of acknowledgement is a suggestion if you want customers to know they are not ignored.

Brittani did my hair, nails and make-up for my wedding and I looked AMAZING! She was so nice and accommodating. My hair stayed perfectly through the whole night. I can't say enough good things about this salon! They will go above and beyond!

I always have a wonderful experience at Urban Elegance. All the stylists are great and do THEIR best to make you look YOUR best! Friendly, professional, efficient and affordable.
